روش های تصمیم گیری

انتخاب یک روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره مناسب (MADM) برای ارائه راه حلی برای یک مشکل MADM معین، همیشه تلاشی چالش برانگیز است. چالش برای شرایطی که برای یک مشکل MADM خاص چندین روش MADM با درجه مناسبی مشابه وجود دارد.

تکنیک اولویت سفارش بر اساس شباهت به راه حل ایده آل (TOPSIS) و نوع غالب آن روش های اصلاح شده TOPSIS دو روش بسیار مشابه هستند که برای یک نوع از مسائل MADM قابل استفاده هستند.

انتخاب یک روش تصمیم گیری چند ویژگی مناسب (MADM) برای یک مسئله MADM معین، همیشه یک کار چالش برانگیز است [1]. نیاز به مقایسه ای برای روش ها در طول انتخاب در مطالعات مختلف [2-4] برجسته شده است.

تاپسیس

در حوزه MADM، تکنیک اولویت سفارش بر اساس شباهت به راه‌حل ایده‌آل (TOPSIS) [5،6] به دلیل سادگی و مفهوم اساسی آن که بهترین راه‌حل نزدیک‌ترین راه‌حل به مثبت‌ترین راه‌حل است،

راه حل ایده آل و دورتر از راه حل ایده آل منفی. گونه‌ای از TOPSIS به نام TOPSIS اصلاح‌شده با فرآیند استخراج وزن هدف مبتنی بر آنتروپی با این استدلال که وزن ذهنی ممکن است همیشه امکان‌پذیر نباشد و وزن ویژگی متفاوت از TOPSIS در هنگام حل مسائل MADM اعمال می‌شود، توسعه یافت [7].

هم TOPSIS و هم TOPSIS اصلاح شده برای حل مسئله MADM توسط محققان و پزشکان مختلف استفاده شده است. TOPSIS به طور گسترده با بیش از 13000 استناد [8] برای مسئله MADM عملی به دلیل پایه ریاضی صحیح، سادگی و سهولت کاربرد آن استفاده شده است [9].

تاپسیس الهام‌بخش بسیاری از روش‌های جدید و تحلیل تطبیقی ​​بر اساس آن است [10،11] و یکی از روش‌های اساسی MADM محسوب می‌شود.

تاپسیس به طور گسترده در زمینه هایی مانند تصمیم گیری خرید و انتخاب ارائه دهنده برون سپاری [12،13]، تصمیم گیری در تولید [14،15]، تجزیه و تحلیل عملکرد مالی [16]، ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات [17]، برنامه های کاربردی انتخاب آموزشی [18] استفاده شده است. انتخاب فناوری [19]، انتخاب مواد [20]، انتخاب محصول [21]، ارزیابی استراتژی [22] و برنامه ریزی مأموریت حیاتی [23].

با نزدیک به 1000 نقل قول [24]، TOPSIS اصلاح شده برای مطالعات تطبیقی ​​در تخمین وزن ویژگی ها [25] و توسعه شاخص ترکیبی هدف [26] استفاده شده است. این مطالعه همچنین در مدیریت منابع [27]، انتخاب نرم افزار [28]، ارزیابی محیطی [29]، ارزیابی پایداری [30،31]، انتخاب مواد [32]، انتخاب ماشین [33]، ارزیابی فناوری [34]، کاربرد دارد.

تاپسیس یکی از روش های اساسی در حوزه MADM است و در کاربردها و به عنوان پایه ای برای توسعه روش های متعدد بسیار محبوب بوده است.

تاپسیس اصلاح شده [7] که همچنین بر اساس روش TOPSIS ساخته شده است، به دلیل استفاده جدید از فرآیند استخراج وزن هدف بر اساس نظریه آنتروپی شانون [39] محبوبیت برنامه را به دست آورد.

هم تاپسیس و هم تاپسیس اصلاح شده به مقادیر وزن مشخصه گسسته نیاز دارند که قبل از انجام محاسبات تعیین شوند. در TOPSIS، وزن منعکس کننده ترجیح نسبی تصمیم گیرنده از ویژگی ها است.

از سوی دیگر، در TOPSIS اصلاح‌شده، وزن‌های ویژگی بر اساس اهمیت مبتنی بر آنتروپی آنها استخراج می‌شوند. هر دوی این روش‌ها از اندازه‌گیری فاصله اقلیدسی یکسان استفاده می‌کنند، به جز زمانی که وزن مشخصه با راه‌حل ترکیب شود.

انتخاب بین این دو روش برای تصمیم گیرندگان بسیار چالش برانگیز است به دلیل شباهت بسیار زیاد آنها بین آنها در ساختارهای ریاضی و کاربرد آنها برای حل مسائل مشابه MADM مانند برنامه مدیریت آب [27،40]، ارزیابی خطوط هوایی [27,40]. 41،42]، انتخاب تامین کننده [43].
